How do I Refund a Sale?
1 -
Login
to Frontend.
2 - From the main menu, select:
Refund/Exchange
as shown here:
3- Search for your order.
4- Double click line to select order.
5- Shopping cart will populate with all products.
p.s: notice the - (minus)
IMPORTANT: You may add products to cart here if you wish to exchange. In this example, we're going to refund order.
6- Click the Payments tab
7- Click Process Order
8- A message will appear. Click OK to create a Gift Voucher for order total,
or
'No, I want to refund!' to make refund.
9- Print your Refund Tax invoice.
